Passover is a HUGE challenge

Just trying to get through this holiday without doing too much damage. The foods are hard to journal and are so unsatisfying. My husband says the same thing. I don't know that there's any help, I think I just needed to vent. Everything goes back to normal on Tuesday night, and I can get back on track. So far I've only gained back about a pound, but I was on a roll and now I just want to eat one.
On the upside, I was floored when the database recognized the Yehudi Gluten Free Matzoh. That was totally unexpected.

i agree passover is VERY hard. although i am not very observant I do have to eat kosher for passover only while i am at work out of respect for my bosses and i have been struggling each day. I am looking forward for it to be over and getting completely back on track as well.0
