I have been trying unsuccessfully to lose weight for a while now, more recently i have started the Jullian Michaels 30 days shred, although i an doing this longer term so about 4-5 times a week and having a couple of rest days with it.
I am mostly following the slimming world plan, i don't go to group, i don't have the money to pay to weigh myself each week, i would rather have more meat.
So tomorrow is the day i am going exceptionally strict with myself because despite following plan for the past 3 weeks i have stilled just stayed the same weight, which has really got me down. But chin up, new day, new life tomorrow, i need to shift as much weight as possible by the end of August, when i will be jetting off to Cyprus to be a bridesmaid at my mum's wedding.
