    2 miles. Ran a 6:42 mile today and treated it like 5k race pace which would indicate a 20:45.. still have some work to do. Hopefully by mid summer I can get my goal.
  • Sadly I am gubbed for this month! Labyrinthitis means it's hard enough to stop room spinning never mind run. ho hum! next month......!!

    4/20 - 3.11 miles (my first 5K!)
    4/22 - 2.4 miles (5K-to-10K W1D1)
    4/24 - 2.71 miles (5K-to-10K W1D2)

    My first 5K was A-MAZING!!! Everyone was so supportive, and it was just good clean fun! My goal was to finish in 40 minutes, and my official time was 35:16! I'm so ready to run my next one!!! ;)

    4 miles today. Beautiful weather! Threw in a 7:23 mile on mile two and it felt great :) It's time to go shoe shopping. Excited!

    Had to get up WAY too early for work all week, and that seriously screwed with my schedule.

    4/23 - 2.25
    4/25 - made it about a mile before 4/24's not yet fully digested dinner got puked up in someone's yard (can I count that mile?)
    4/27 - 5.5

    WTD - 8.25 if I can count the puke mile, 7.25 if I can't
    MTD - 64.25 if I can count the puke mile, 63.25 if I can't.

    Goal seems like a stretch at this point. Can I use rollover miles? Lol
