Did you stay within your nutritional goals? For the most part
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes, and lost another lb
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Got up early for my workout and enjoyed the rest of my day
What would I have done differently? it was a pretty good day
What is today's personal goals? Get a good workout in this morning and a long walk this afternoon so i can take my aunt to dinner and eat what i want ( steak!)

Monday weigh-in Down 2 lbs. after eating everything offered from the Orphanage kitchen and working my butt off (literally) in their garden and climbing the hills at 5,000 foot elevation. Definitely: can see the lifestyle difference!. :happy:0 -
