Did you stay within your nutritional goals? No - I don't think so

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Didn't set any

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Enjoyed my Sat :bigsmile:

What would I have done differently? Gone for a walk

What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and go for a walk

exercise weekly progress (Sun-Sat) - 0/7 days of exercise

I need to get back on track this week!!!!! :bigsmile:

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? For the most part

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes, and lost another lb :)

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Got up early for my workout and enjoyed the rest of my day

    What would I have done differently? it was a pretty good day

    What is today's personal goals? Get a good workout in this morning and a long walk this afternoon so i can take my aunt to dinner and eat what i want ( steak!)

    Stay on track this week and maybe take a rest day on tuesday but still stay active.

    What would I have done differently? i could have gone back out last night to do more cardio

    What is today's personal goals? Already got my cardio in today and will control my eating at a cookout today

    Continue to stick to my food plan and see great results on Wednesday's weigh in!!

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Enjoyed my Saturday....crawfish festival with friends

    What would I have done differently? skipped the desserts...felt blah afterwards

    What is today's personal goals? Clean my house from top to bottom (that should burn some cals) and stay within calorie goals and drink lots of water and green tea

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Taught my Sunday School class after returning after midnight.

    What would I have done differently? Gone for a walk

    What is today's personal goals? Get back to logging and exercise

    Monday weigh-in Down 2 lbs. after eating everything offered from the Orphanage kitchen and working my butt off (literally) in their garden and climbing the hills at 5,000 foot elevation. Definitely: can see the lifestyle difference!. :happy:

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? step class, packed lunch and snacks and didn't stray too far

    What would I have done differently? didn't need the butter and cheese with dinner

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Got on the elliptical in the evening!

    What would I have done differently? scheduled my exercise better

    What is today's personal goals? log, exercise and get into Chicago
