I am going to give up alcohol alcohol for the month of may and then add it back into my diet in moderation. I think that it help me loose the last 10 lbs plus make me feel healthier.

Anyone want to join me?

    I'm already there. I quit back in October for 3 months straight and now may have 2 drinks per month. That's it. I absolutely can see the difference on the scale when I have ONE drink let alone a few so I really limit myself. I find now that I don't even like how I feel when I have one drink.
