April challenge!

Options
RULES

1) workout 4-6 days a week

2) EAT CLEAN( no sugar added or other, no sugary drinks, wheat and dairy optional)

3) Portion control (eat 1200-1500kcal)

4) weight training 3 days a week

5) Exercise for at least 25-30 mins

6) Sleep!!!!

7) Check in here EVERYDAY to say how your doing

8) preferably no cheat meals but if you cant stick with that, 1 cheat meal a WEEK.

9) Drink at least 10 cups of water a day

10) veggies with every meal
