Hi everyone,

I just wanted to remind people to update their HRM as they lose weight. I hadn't update mine and it does make a difference in how many calories you burn (at least it did for me).
I wouldn't worry about it for a lbs or 2 but mine had a difference of 10lbs. The smaller I get the harder I have to work to burn calories!.

Kristie, she's talking about if you have a heartrate monitor. On most monitors you can add your statistics, the monitor will keep very accurate track of your caloiric burn if you do that. But it won't subtract weight automatically, so if your weight changes by more then a few lbs. it will throw the calorie burn off.
