Other mommies in need of a bladder tact?

It's driving me crazy! I have to do only very low impact workouts or wear a thick pad. I can do the elliptical, walk, or swim but even just jogging makes me leak. I really want to get the bladder tact done so I can run and take fitness classes without issues but I can't afford to right now. I'm a single mom so I can't afford the surgery, time off work, or time off my feet.

I will say that it has improved over time. My son was 9 lbs 15 oz and he was stuck for almost 2 hrs at crowning (with no meds :( ). At first I had complete accidents which was mortifying, but now it's just leakage mostly and it depends on how much I drink. I once tried not drinking and then going to a class and that was not a good idea either. He's almost 3 so I don't think the problem will take care of itself though, no matter how many kegals I do.

Any other mommies have this? Any other exercise ideas? So far I've been walking and hiking with my son. I'm getting ready to visit a gym that has a pool. I can do weights for the most part without issues as well.
