Figuring out maintenance ?

Hello there - I am trying to figure out my calories for maintenance. I am 5'7-5'8, 125lbs. I have recovered from an eating disorder recently, and have been losing weight through recovery. I normally eat about 1150-1300 calories a day (I know, too low. That's why I'm trying to figure this out). On this amount, I have lost a steady 2.5-3lbs per week.

Based on that weight I've lost, and my calorie levels, about how much should I be eating? I know about BMR calculators and TDEE, but I figured this may be more accurate. However, my math is too poor to figure it out myself.

Try changing your MFP settings to the amount of exercise you do & that you want to maintain current weight & it should pretty much do the math for you.

That's a fair amount of weight loss per week. Every weekly pound of loss is approx. 500 calories per day.
So, if you're losing 2.5-3 lbs/ week and now want to maintain your weight, you'd have to add approx. 1200-1500 calories per day.
Maybe try adding 1000 calories per day and see how this works for you? To verify this, change your weight loss goals in MFP. Their calculations were fairly accurate for me.
