Hi MFP members! I was thin until MENOPAUSE! Now I need to learn how to eat properly and exercise on a regular basis and get this weight off! (thirty pounds would be delightful) I have a four year old grandson that needs me!! I look forward to going thru this journey with you.

Hi Barb, new here too and a gramma of 3. I'm 52, no menopause yet but the sleepless nights, achy hips, knees, forgetfulness :(. Anyways, i'd like to get back to 155 WW lifetime goal. I signed up for this April challange on the motivation board. maybe try that. Its a nice totally do-able goal of 5# by the end of the month. Hello also to you kParker :)

I"m There. 57, menopause is over, left with no waist and much belly!!!! Fibromyalgia doesn't help the exercise part, but trusting God to help me get in shape. I know that's HIS desire. God tells us His mercy is new EVERYDAY. Especially mondays!!! :)
Yet I call this to mind, and therefore I have hope: Because of the Lord ’s faithful love we do not perish, for His mercies never end. They are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness! (Lamentations 3:21-23 HCSB) Lord help me today to be victorious! I know I am with YOU!
