Food diary

I am new to calorie counting and have recently read a bit on here about TDEE and eating 20% below to have weightloss. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if my amounts of each of these looks about right, before I start eating like this :)_

In case you need to know, I am 21, female, 59kg (130lbs), 5'5".

Currently (Hoping I got my TDEE -20% correct) my food diary goals are set to:
Calories - 1,628
Carbs - 204
Fat - 45
Protein - 102
Sodium - 2,500
Sugar - 24

Any advice on improvement if anything looks wrong would be great :) Thanks

    Can anyone help? :)
  • Even the slightest of food utilization is calorie intake. Assuming that you proceed with drinking refreshments for the duration of the day thinking about them unimportant, then you are uninformed of the calories you have taken in. the foods prepared in restaurants contain more calories compared to home cooked meals, therefore, you end of up consuming more calories than you know.

Are u just dieting? or Dieting and cardio? Dieting, cardio, weight training? Stats look good to start with, after a few weeks of consistency if you dont notice a change then adjust accordingly.

I am doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred every day, which is roughly 20mins, and I think that it is considered circuit training. So that plus trying to eat healthy to lose a little bit of weight.

    Thanks :)
