SALT

I love salt. But since starting MPF, I have started tracking it on my food log and have cut back on most of what I add to foods. I have also started buying low sodium canned foods (like beans) and reduced sodium taco seasoning. In spite of my efforts, I am nearly always over my sodium goal for the day. Most days its a small amount, but sometimes its by 400-600mg over what I should be at. I feel like I've done as much as I can to cut back/ cut out salt and wonder if I should be drinking more water on the days when I'm over to combat water retention. Any thoughts?
