Right arm feels a lot more worked out than my left?

So once I'm done on biceps/triceps day, my right arm always feels so much more lethargic than my left! My dominant hand is right so I would have thought my left would feel more lethargic but no...

Some exercises are with a barbell (skull crushers) and I consciously make sure I'm taking on the weight as evenly as possible. Other exercises are with dumbbells like my Bicep curls so I don't understand how one arm could feel more worked than the other? My form is exactly the same on both sides so I'm a bit confused...

Anyone have any insight on why this could be happening?

I don't think it's anything to be too concerned with, as long as there is not any pain/discomfort.

If it's more of a mental annoyance, you could try to video record your reps or have an experienced lifter watch you. If you have someone else watch you, don't tell them the issue, otherwise he or she may see something that really isn't there. In either case, the feedback might be helpful in case it's a subtle thing, such as an arm angle difference or a tighter squeeze on a contraction.

You can try to sneak in extra rep or half rep on the other arm, and see if that helps equalize things over time? Full disclosure, I have a similar issue with my left arm (non dominant side) being a bit bigger than my right arm. And the extra rep suggestion is something I've done for about a month now, but to no avail. I don't sweat it too much though.

Whatever you decide to do, keep up the great work!
