does anyone use this device? it's like a little trampoline. any idea on calorie expendatures?

I would probably consider it low impact aerobics. I haven't had one, but used to play on my mom's when I was a kid. I did ask her about it when I got older and she said she loved it because it eased the pain in her knees when working out.0

Obviously it cant be too accurate cause it depends on what you are actually doing for a workout but its all I have been able to find. If you find anything else let me know please. I have one of these also.
