Survived my first holiday using MFP

Grazed for lunch and between dinner. Ate over my calories. I am proud of myself for not going buck wild. Had a late meal due to work but ate a protein and vegetable dinner that left me comfortably full. Decided at the last minutes to make the vegetables (cauliflower mashed potatoes and green bean casserole). Had planned to make macaroni and cheese from scratch and potato salad. Honestly, I was just too lazy to make the mac and cheese and potato salad. All that work just was too daunting for me. And, I knew if I made it I would end up eating the bulk of it since I didn't invite others over this year. I had a passing thought of making some rolls but didn't.

All in all, it was a good day.

I think logging even when bad gives you perspective over what you put in you body and helps you to find you limits. Well done

Woot! It's all about the little successes, but this just happens to be a BIG one! It's always hard when holidays come around. Great job!
