I am starting my journey today, 5ft 6" and need to lose 40Ibs!!!!

Have got a long way to go and looking at other peoples stories this is going to be the way forward for me as there seems to be so much support being offered,

Oh well .......... here goes :smile:

    Good luck! I started yesterday and have over 40 lb's to lose too. I am looking for a weight loss buddy if you are interested to become friends, might help our motivation. I'm 5ft 8 and need to lose 3.5 stone. I'm 39. I'm using the app on my phone, it's pretty amazing so will be a massive help :) Sarah x
