Legs

You know how you have that one spot that when you look in the mirror it's immediately where your eyes lock on. That spot for me is my legs, whenever I'm somewhere that has a full length mirror or I catch my reflection in a glass door or store window my eyes go straight to them.

A lot of my weight is in my legs. I know as I lose the weight it will get better, but does anyone have any tips for losing weight in your legs faster? Or do I just have to wait it out? :blushing:

    I feel your pain I know they say you can't spot reduce but then I wonder what do bodybuilders do? They wouldn't just say oh my legs are a bit mushier can't do anything about it

    All I can offer is to do exercises that target your legs, as you lose weight the muscles will tone there and you should see much more improvement than if you just diet, I've lost just over two stone and been doing Zumba and body toning which has helped me greatly, now joined a gym and doing exercise to target my areas that are still troubling me, started to see a difference over a couple of weeks, my thighs are a particular bug bare but really notice they are improving now :)
