Bad weekend!!!

So---weighed myself Friday after a very good week of gym time, and clean eating. Scale said I GAINED about a pound!! So I went to the gym that morning, had a good workout, ate a good lunch and played a hockey game that night. Also played hockey Saturday afternoon. BUT- Saturday night I made poor diet choices including quite a few beers, and then Easter Sunday had a pretty poor brunch outing, and didn't go to the gym. Was wondering if Fridays's scale results were from gaining more muscle mass? Also--I'm panicking a bit after the poor eating this past weekend. I have about 28-29 more lbs. to lose for my goal, and am starting to feel as if they are going to be the hardest yet. Any thoughts on this? Anyone have a plateau they got over, and how did you do it?? Thanks for any advice!
