It's Saturday, everyone is in bed!
I went to the gym yesterday and forgot my HRM again! I get to buy weights today, so I'm creating a workout program for home. Maybe if I'm watching movies I won't notice how boring weights are.
Yesterday was elliptical for 55 minutes and stretching for 10. I was also on my feet for 6 hours helping make dinner for 13 - it was the family Easter celebration. I overate but am happy that I was feeling better.0 -

Eeeeeeeyawwwwnnnn...good morning, all!
Had a fantastic swim yesterday at sunset -- it all came together. The air was cold but the water was warm, and it was all pink and glowing in the light. My new goggles were leakproof, my underwater iPod made the laps so much easier, and I ended up sharing a lane with a very cute and friendly guy -- so was compelled to work out extra hard for much longer than I normally would!
Today I'm going to:
1. Eat mindfully and slowly. No eating in front of the TV.
2. Bike for 40 minutes + 20 minutes of weights
3. Already stretched and took my vitamins.

Hey everyone... went for a nice long walk before work today... so long in fact that when I got home I didn't have enough time to get my weights workout in... oh well... theres always tomorrow right... Have a great weekend...
