like everyone else i was nervous about going away and not being able to stick with my plan. I just got back yesterday from being in florida for a week (I live in new jersey). A week of no gym and not eating as frequently and healthy as i was used to which lead to bigger meals. However, I logged what I could, and ate as well as I could. I ate a good amount of fish (mmmmmmm grouper is my new favorite fish!) and ate every veggie in front of me. I felt I did pretty well. I weighed myself this morning and the scale is only 0.9 pounds up from when I left and honestly it's that TOM and I am a bit bloated. I felt my already too loose shorts were fitting looser by the end of the week. I consider this a success!! Now, back to reality and the gym to get ready for my real shorts season!

that is an amazing success. I am slightly stressing about our upcoming trip (7 day Disney cruise/4 days at WDW). I am not concerned I will overeat as my body has adjusted to real portion sizing and cannot consume more before I reject it, but I do worry about the insane amount of fats and sodium in what is supposed to be healthy foods.
Thankfully there are amazing gym facilities for all the places we are staying and my DH and I both intend on using them to the fullest.0 -
