Yum! It's a huge bar and one pretty good size square is about 48 calories. I have been looking for something as a treat here and there...something chocolate that isn't over the top. The sugar free puddings and stuff just didn't cut it for me. But this dark choc. lindt with sea salt is amazing! Try it! ;-)

Oh, sorry I wasn't trying to make ya drool or give in to temptation. I just thought it was a pretty great alternative to say cookies or other sweets. It took me a good 4 weeks to quit craving lots of sugar every day, but I still must have a little in my life!

YES! I try my best to limit my sweets to a square or two of high quality dark chocolate after dinner. (Some days are better than others, of course.....)

I eat it very slowly and let each nibble melt in my mouth. My boyfriend and I also recently discovered the Lindt dark with sea salt. It is SO good!
