Need Encouragement!

Last spring, I did a Biggest Loser challenge with my office, and I ended up losing close to 30 pounds. I maintained healthy eating and daily cardio until winter, which really set me back. I was used to walking/running everyday after work, but then it started getting dark before I even got home. I couldn't summon up enough motivation to join a gym. The weather got cold and depressing. And on top of all that, I have Seasonal Affect Disorder which left me with no energy and a constant craving for carbs. I started sleeping up to 15 hours a day! Worst of all, I gained back about 10 pounds and gave into many of my old habits :(

Now that I'm getting back into the groove of fitness and healthy eating, I could use a little encouragement. It's like starting over from square one! I know I can do it, but I need to be held accountable to someone else (since I'm obviously not doing a great job of that currently). Also, does anyone have tips on how to maintain energy and stay in shape during the winter months? I have such a hard time staying motivated when my mood fluxuates so much based on the weather.
