Weekend Blunders

So during the week i'm great i follow my cal intake i drink a ton of water and i exrecise, but when the weekend comes around i turn into this lazy over eating bum.. i dont workout i dont drink enough water and i eat a lot of bad food. How do you stay on track during the weekends? what do you do to motivate yourself?

  • I just posted almost the same topic lol!! I totally feel like a weekend failure. It's also hard when the family eats whatever they want and I have to watch. I also found it hard to keep up with my water intake.
