Weekend woes......

This was my first weekend eating healthy. I did pretty good except I didn't drink as much water as I should have and I think I ate more than I should have. It's just so hard on the weekends to stay as disciplined as I am during the week. How do you stay disciplined and motivated when it gets tough?

    just remember why you got started helps. in the beginning for me that wasn't enough though. I just had to do it so I made no exceptions, no treats daily only on weekend and then only a small treat. portion control is key. each week getting on the scale and seeing it move down was my main motivation. I started taking pictures early and that's the ONLY thing sometimes that pushed me on. failure was not an option in my mind because I had to prove to myself I could do it. health became my new obsession and making challenges for myself became a game. it is awesome when you can do something that you never thought possible. losing weight makes it way easier to move freely.
