I saw the calendar this morning and am super excited to start tonight!!! Anyone else in?

I have thought about doing one of her challenges, but it doesn't quite work in my schedule. 60 minutes is the absolute max I workout a day, usually, (I get up around 4:30, usually working out by 5, sometimes a bit earlier, sometimes a bit later, I like to be done by 6) I'd probably have to do 2 a days to do her workouts, and I also don't know where I'd stick in my lifting. I'd be ok to stop running and follow her program, but I am not willing to give up my 3 days a week lifting, I don't konw when my poor muscles wouldr est!0
