I found this great tool about 6 weeks ago. I LOVE MFP! I started walking, tracking and I am down 22 pounds. I walk 5 days a week and use runtastic and mapmywalk to keep track of my miles, days, calories, etc. Runtastic is much more conservative on the calories and much more on target. But I started with mapmywalk and I have kept using both. 
I am feeling better, my body seems to be changing for the better and I cannot WEIGHT(LOL) until I can post my success story on here.
Thanks MFP for a great lifestyle change. I know I have a long way to go - but just seeing the progress, some days are harder than others...but this too shall pass. I know I can do this. I just know I can.
