Cats lifting heavy

My cat wants to lift heavy, but I'm afraid she'll get all bulky and ugly. I need some advice from other cats that lift!

    Cats who lift heavy don't get bulky unless they're on the Whiskas Anaboliks

    Have the cat start out lifting small cans of wet cat food. Before you know it, she'll be lifting her own litterbox!

    She's wearing a pink headband. The pink will protect her from becoming bulky.
