Has anyone else incorporated their cat into their routine? Success stories?

We used to do a HIIT routine where I'd chase her with a squirt bottle, but I'm afraid of ruining her fitbit with the water so I need to find another workout now.

My cat has really helped me improve my core strength because I'm always worried about stepping on her when I do my lunges. Makes me have to work really hard to keep on balance.

Well, you know. Weight loss is really 80% nutrition.

We split everything we eat now, we're down to about 100 calories/day.

And as for success, I'll let the before/afters speak for themselves.

 I can watch that one for hours!

Actually, my cats get in the way. I do Pilates on the floor and they are forever walking by, stepping on my stomach, trying to play with my hair, and in general just staring at me wondering what I am doing. I'm like "I AM NOT A JUNGLE GYM, CATS!"
