So i'm 31bs down and really enjoying the benefits of a healthy lifestyle! (I used to weigh just under 200lbs or 14 stone)

BUT i cannot help but feel that sometimes dieting and fitness is all i can talk about and think about
i know it sounds really pathetic but does anyone else have this problem??

I feel like my friends and family are starting to get fed up of it but I just can't help it.

I really don't want to become one of those obsessive dieters that wont even look at a chocolate cake in fear of gaining weight.
Does anyone else feel this way??
Help me!!!!!!!!

No, it's not just you. I tend to be a little obsessive about anything I am "into" at any given time. Right now, I am VERY into losing this weight, and feeling better. So yes, that's something I constantly think about and research. I am trying not to actually talk to many people about it though. In times past, I did over talk it and then when I fell off the wagon, I was embarrassed. This time around, I feel I am finally actually making a life style change and I am looking forward to more people noticing withOUT my mentioning it!
