Cat needs motivation

I need support because my cat continues to get fat and embarrass me. Can you guys give me ideas how to get her lazy kitty butt off the perch and moving and eating less. I'm at the point now I just want to feed her to a pack of coyotes. HELP!

How about getting her some new workout equipment: a feather wand, some catnip mice or a ball? You can also watch "Too Cute", I think it is on TLC. She can see what a healthy cat looks like.0
