I have added you. I'm definitely tired of making excuses and am looking for support in my fight against compulsive overeating. Any else who fits this description, please feel free to add me too!

    Hi fellow member,

I, too, need lots of support. I have tried so many diets and feel like a failure before I begin. I have my book but I'm starting today as it is an easy date to remember. I have a friend who did this and lost 60 lb. Her biggest fear? Keeping it off. She is doing remarkably well with that by continuing to eat on program. I'd like to be your friend even though I'm over your age limit. I'm 72. Hope you will consider me for giving you support and vice versa. I'm trying to keep negative thoughts out of my head.
