Ideas for low fat cat approved moth recipes

So last night my cat brought in a huge tomato mouth. That sucker must have weighed at least 2 ounces. My question is after we clean off the kitty drool and moth dust, what would be the best way to prepare it for the family? I want to avoid frying as she has a weight problem and she is on a clean paleo diet. Also, my boyfriend doesn't like a lot of vegetables and I'm trying to lose weight too. The dogs are OK with any preparation method. Thanks for the ideas.

I'd vote for baking to give it the nice crunch. And you don't have to avoid frying to be paleo; you just have to use coconut oil.0
