HEART RATE MONITOR/CALORIE TRACKER

Hi All

Can you recommend me the best heart rate monitor / calorie burner tracker? Preferably under $100. I know I've seen the Polar ones are pretty good. Just not sure what one is best. I am going to be starting the 30 DAY SHRED tonight and i'd like to track my exercise.
