    This is the fitness and exercise board. Shouldn't we be asking if we are supposed to do only cardio so our kitties don't bulk up? Or if anyone has had any luck with HIIT with cats?

    I have tried kitty curls before, but it was only a 6 lb kitty. Maybe my 11 lb might be more of a challenge. Plus you engage the slow-switch fibers when your kitty wiggles alot.
