Gordon Ramsey's Beef Wellington

Easter dinner last night! We did the beef wellington that we found on the gordon ramsey website. Not low calorie, but this is where the test of moderation comes in handy (also having two brothers, a husband and a brother in law all over 6'5 helps as well to feed the masses!)
