I have been reading the New Rules of Lifting for Women book as well as some research on reducing the amount of extra skin after weight loss. I have seen that eating at your BMR (instead of at a calorie deficit) and making sure you have enough protein (30% of daily diet) to build muscle is helpful in preventing extra skin. Any thoughts on this or success stories?
