I've been ff track with my diet for the past 2 weeks. it's been a mess, i'm trying to recover from bulimia and since i haven't been purging or restricting i've been eating complete junk and probably like 2,000+ calories per day.! What are some really good tips for health, weightloss, and/or getting back on track.? (:
