Starvation Mode? Meal suggestions?

I've been trying to eat healthy but I keep going way under my calorie goal, normally. I eat three meals a day plus snacks, usually fruits. I haven't lost any weight last week, thankfully I haven't gained any either, but I HAVEN'T LOST ANY! I think my body might be going through starvation mode. Does anyone have any suggestions?

    From what I can see ( I didn't look at every detail of your menu) you should incorporate more complex carbs. Carbs are not the enemy. Just stick to the specified serving size and choose mostly, if not all, whole wheat options.

    First you need to be eating atleast 1200 calories, so I do agree that your body is probably in starvation mode

    You seem to be eating good...but there arent any snacks in between your meals....drop some fruits in there and you should be good

    For the most part you are just eating breakfast lunch and dinner

    You need to eat every 2-4 hours and you arent doing that, so you arent feeding your body often enough

    Adjust your food chart to show...breakfast snack lunch snack dinner ...and try and get something in all the spaces up through dinner....

    Goodluck....need 1200 calories minimum

    Add 1/2 cup of non fat cottage cheese to breakfast and as a bedtime snack.
    Add a complex carb like a slice of whole wheat bread or some brown rice to dinner when you are having just a salad and protein.
    If you aren't making your calories still put in an extra snack.
