My 6week Challenge everyone welcomed

Hay you guys!!! Hope everyone had a great easter!

APRIL 1- MAY 6, 2013

I've been at this weight loss Journey since December and only lost 19.2lbs thus far. I have NOT been 100% eating clean and working out daily. So today is April 1, I've downloaded a rack of receipes from eatwell.com and will follow a clean meal plan for the next 6weeks! Today I started the JM 6week 6pack abs if you don't have it and want to do it, youtube it.

So for the next six weeks I'm going to do the 6week 6pack abs every morning, the 30DS every night before bed, and also do the 30day squat challenge and add 5 more squats everyday after the 30days until May 6, 2013.

Do you guys have any idea's or inputs you would like to add? I took a before pic and on May 6, 2013 I will post my result pic. Also weigh in is every monday so feel free to post your weekly goals and CW on monday.

    awesome challenge. I am doing 30 day shred just started it

    wanting to clean up my meal plan
