I heard about this guy awhile back, a quick google image search and you'll see he is real. Plus if you read the time stamp of the article it's actually dated 31st of March...

Whether the muscles are real are another question.

it's Synthol. A sterile oil that sits in the muscle for months to a few years. It doesnt affect the actual muscle tissue...provides no strength, no muscle mass, etc. It's just an oil depot. Cheap and easy to inject. looks terrible unless you use small amounts strategically (if you are a top competitor). It's not an implant.

He isn't strong. Or muscular.
