Hey Everyone!
I'm pretty new here, and love it so far. Today is April 1st, and I am just feeling extra motivated today (esp after eating too many Easter Treats and feeling horrible about it lol).
Summer is creeping up on us and I know we all have goals that we want to hit by the time it gets here. As a trainer, it always helps when my clients set small goals with a specific time limit.
So lets say 2 months (8 weeks) - June 1st. Pick a goal (or several) and share them on here and keep track of them. We can do it, I'm here to help. Feel free to add me as a friend, I love helping when I can (not to mention getting help from others as well is always welcomed)
