Tone Up & Loose Weight

I need an honest opinion, I'm changing my goals myself as I want to increase my protein intake, gain muscle whilst loosing fat. I'm 5ft 9ins & weigh 179lbs, my goal is to loose 30lbs (1lb per week) Are these daily goals right for me: - 35% Carbs 141g, 35% Protein 149g and 30% Fat 57g, 1700 Calories per day? I will be doing 3 weight lifting sessions per week and 3 cardio sessions per week with 1 day of rest. I really need help because I want to start eating the right way, not just focus on calorie counting.

You can't gain muscle and lose weight at the same time. You can lose fat and preserve muscle or you can build muscle while at the same time putting on body fat (hopefully with the right training and diet the fat is minimal).
To preserve muscle while on a deficit eat 1 gram of protein per pound of lean body mass
.35 grams of fat per pond of lean body mass
The rest of your calories should come from carbs.0
