how come i go down 5-6 lbs then im back up within couple days... and all im really doing is yo yo ing ... grrrr

    because of the foods you eat you need to cut out the chips & pop and bagels from timmies u need to cut out the breads and eat more fruit and viggies drink more water

    looking at your diary you are consistently over you goal by 500 - 1000 cals and are eating a lot of sodium.
    try to eat at or below your calorie goal.
