Muay Thai?

Has anyone practiced/currently practice Muay Thai? I'm going for my first training session tomorrow and have no idea what to expect. I haven't been to the gym in about a few months so I'm not sure how much exactly being out of shape is going to affect me.
Any opinions/comments are certainly appreciated!

I did Muay Thai for a a couple of years and it is definitely a great workout. That said, the level of difficulty will depend on your trainer and how hard they push you. My trainer specialized in fight training and was kind of insane, my first session I nearly threw up within 30 minutes.
If you're worried, let them know you're not in great shape and to use the first session to gauge what you can and can't do instead of trying to push you to your limits. Also, keep the pace a bit slow so you can focus on proper technique instead of speed and strength. Have fun!0
