3 meals a day or a lot of small snacks?

I know that many smalls snacks through out the day is supposed to be good for your metabolism and digestion, and that's how i normally eat, but whenever I just have 3 meals a day I find I actually eat less. What's your opinion?

  • I'm kind of the same way, I do better to limit myself to a few specific eating times or I just graze constantly. It ends up being a lot more food in the long run.

    It doesn't matter a single bit...long perpetuated myth that you need to eat 5 or 6 times per day. Eat how often and whenever you want...it simply does not matter.
