I bought a bottle of it in Liquid form to boost my metabolism a bit, and it was so expensive and is to only last me around 15 days...
Im just wondering if it's worth the time and money, does it really aid weight loss and boost metabolism?

I think L-Cartinine is a great supplement however it is only a supplement. It will work great given the right conditions such as you're eating a well balanced diet, drinking plenty of water, sleeping, exercising etc.. I don't think it will work well if the person is not going to change their lifestyle and continue to drink soda and get 4 hours of sleep at night.0
