High Calorie Snacks

My husband has been eating pretty much what I eat but doesn't need to lose weight, so he's been dropping weight like rocks. He's on 2500-3000 for maintenance and I'm cutting at 1900-2000.
I need to give him high calorie, healthy, snacks to keep him from losing more weight. Any suggestions?

Nuts, full fat cheese, avocados (I like them in egg and tuna salad, on toast), full fat greek yogurt with honey and flax seeds (I add almonds for crunch and dried cranberries).0

Increase portion sizes
You think I haven't tried that? :-p
Seriously, we eat a lot but there's no point in increasing his portion sizes at mealtimes even further if he physically struggles to eat what he currently gets.
This morning he had two breakfasts and a snack as well as our usual big lunch, so hopefully that will have helped.0 -
Does he have a profile?
