Hurt ankle and knee..what exercises?

So while walking yesterday I fell and banged up my right knee pretty badly. I also managed to sprain my left ankle. Of course since I can barely walk the treadmill is out. Any suggestions on any cardio that doesn't involve knees or ankles. no, I don't have access to a pool

    try yoga, but very slow and relaxed, and if some pose hurts dont do it.

    If you google chair aerobics you might find something you can do until your knee is stronger again. There is also chair yoga. I did those when I inured my arch and achilies tendon. Good luck!
