Why such a change?

So I have been going gang busters with getting fit and have been feeling great but all of a sudden I am feeling hungry constantly and I am finding that I am craving and choosing crap food like fast food. I am feeling sick from the food I ate today. I am so new to this and I am not sure if I should up my calories using the BMR or if I should be eating my workout calories back. I do aquasize for 2-3 hours a week and have been doing a 5 mile fat burning walk at home 2 times a week. I am 5'0 and weight 210 so I have a lot of weight to loose for a 31 year old woman. I am currently sticking to a 1200 cal diet. Please help me!

I would up your calories, but choose healthy food at the same time. Make sure to get protein, too.0

You are supposed to be eating your workout calories back, MFP figures in your deficit needed to lose weight without doing exercise that's why it adds your workout calories to the calories left for the day on your diary. Also I looked at some other calorie calculators before I decided what I wanted to try to limit my calories to, for my size they all recommended more than MFP did so I upped my calories a little0
