    Go to the ER, tell them about your thoughts, they will help you.
    Also, even if you lose your job or your place you will still be here to start over. You can get all that again. I moved to a new country carrying one suitcase, my whole life, and all my possesions left behind. I came to realize they don't matter that much. I matter. You matter.
    Go get help.
